Blog not working in IE

    Hi, I see it is a recurring problem for others, but my blog does not show properly in IE. The background image apparently takes up half the page. At the moment I am a one-person show working on this and have no coding experience but if there is some obvious code I should remove, I can do that and I can also remove the background image if that will make a difference.
