I changed my Blog Picture/Icon on general settings sometime ago but my old one still shows up when I post a link on Facebook. How do I get it to change?

Have you searched the forums? I find that this is a long standing problem when I search. Are you using Publicize? http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
Publicize isn't customizable. Manually posting to FB via your Sharing buttons works better and allows you to choose the image. -
I have searched the forums but the only response I have found is that it takes time. I changed my image about 5 days ago. I do manually post on facebook but the only option it gives me is the old image.

I'm not talking about publicize. When I MANUALLY post a link to my blog the only image that is available is the old one that I changed 5 days ago.

No they are different. The blavatar is the one that I am having difficulties with. It is the old image that I changed.

Crop and resize your image to 128px x 128px ahead of time and save that image. Then upload that image as your gravatar. Save it as either a PNG or as a JPG, but I prefer PNG as they seem to retain more detail when it comes to blavatars.
