Blog post - Menu category

  1. I have wordpress.com and am currently using the Adelle Theme. I have two posts so far but I want to be able to organize them within the top menu categories.

When I created the post, I have them entered as the appropriate category but when you click on it from the main menu, the posts are categorized in the appropriate category page.

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is styleatheartblog.wordpress.com.

  2. Can you explain a bit more? I'm not seeing the problem here; sounds like everything is working the way it is supposed to.

thank you for responding so quickly.

My blog is new. I have two posts already. They are on the main page. I also have a menu at the top with categories. The two posts I have done already should also be under one of the categories if you click on it. They don't show up there.

So eventually when I have 100 posts, I would like to be able to click on one category (for example if it was Food) all food posts could also be found there

    Was that better?

  4. This is easy: you have a menu with static pages in it. Static pages are not category pages.

You need to do this: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/

And delete those static pages. Category pages are like this:

    http://thecryptosphere.com/category/anonymous
    not like
    http://thecryptosphere.com/anonymous
which is the URL of a static page.
