blog posting disabled

  1. Hello. Posting has been disabled on my blog since August 28th. I've had this blog since 2006 and do not believe I have done anything that violates TOS. I have responded three times to the link on my dashboard and twice by form email to support and have received no response, explantion, or remedy. I would sure appreciate an explanation and some help here.

  2. Make sure and check your email spam filter at your email provider. Sometimes they get caught there.

  3. On the bright side, this DOES give a lot more prominence to your last post.

  4. It's fixed but you must contact us. There is a post which is the subject of a complaint. Not a complaint we can ignore.

    Mark what is a good way to contact you? I sent three responses via the dashboard link and two emails via the help contact form. No responses. What's a better way to to talk to you guys?

    You guys are probably pretty busy but you can also contact me. My email's linked to my account. I am happy to discuss the situation. I am aware of who is targeting me.

  6. I am sorry Sacredpath, I did not mean to leave you out. WordPress mail gets through fine. There is nothing in a spam filter.

  7. damnblonde, a response was sent from [email redacted] on Mon, Aug 30, 2010 at 12:57 PM with a PDF attachment. Possibly, it ended up in your junk folder?

  9. Lloyd, it is not in a spam filter but I get so much spam I may have accidentally deleted it not recognizing that as a response -- I was filtering for wordpress but sometimes the filter doesn't work when I am hunting. Would you resend?

  10. We have sent multiple responses to your requests, and they are not bouncing back. Can you recheck or remove the filter? If you have another e-mail address to try, please contact us at [email redacted] using that address, and I will send the response (make sure to identify your WordPress.com username and the e-mail address attached to that account for security purposes).

  11. Okay. They are totally not coming through on this end -- will send alternate email address thanks.

  12. Sent. That goes through the website not znet so whatever is holding things up through znet should not be in play there.
