   Hi all,

   I have uploaded a pic with the name of the person who took to the blog. He later changed his and and said he'd prefer the name removed from the image. So I deleted it from the post, and upload the same image but with the name of the file changed (just to be sure, rather than renaming).

   However if choosing "View in new tab" from the main page the pic opens as a thumbnail of the original file and the original filename is in the address bar. The person said they can wget into the directory seen in the address bar and see the file. (I haven't given them admin access). So i guess my simple question is can I do the same and delete the file (which i can't see otherwise.) The old file is NOT visible in the Gallery. IF I can wget into the directory can you advise how I do that?

   No it's not a widget. ( I'm logged in on another account)

   If I look at the front page and see the thumbnail associated with the post and right click on the thumbnail to view the full image, then I will see the old file.

   If however I go INTO the post and view the image there, I see the new one. The only difference between the two is the filename (which is the problem).
