Blog Stat not showing in Dashboard

    Hi, my stat has not been showing up on my dashboard for the last one week. I can however, click on Blog Stats to look at the statistics specifically but wondering why it has not been showing up at my dashboard anymore. Any help is welcome and much appreciated.

    Check your browser and make sure that javascript is enabled.

    If you are using Firefox do you happen to have the “noscript” add-on installed? If so, you will have to whitelist wordpress.COM.

    If you are on windows, are you using AVG antivirus? It has caused a lot of issues lately.

    Are you using Google Chrome? If so, it has caused a lot of issues lately.

    Have you tried a different browser?

    Are you set up and signed in as an administrator on the blog?

    Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart the browser and then try again.

    I run into this problem atleast once a month. The last thing that TSP suggested

    “Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart the browser and then try again. “

    always brings it back for me.

    Yes Javascript has always been enabled. I’m using Firefox and do not have “noscript” installed. I have not had this problem before and it happened suddenly. I have not installed anything recently either. I have cleared my cache/cookies yet the problem persists. I just have to put up with it then. Thanks for your help.
