when you make a book on "Blurb" ("booksmart" program) from wordpress.com how can you get it to import all the pages too (not just the posts on the home page but all the pages (tabs) as well? Thanks!

I've never found a way. You can temporarily copy-paste them into posts I guess, before you do the import.
