In addition to raising awareness about the proposed work of The Amy Winehouse Foundation, the blog is currently engaged in efforts to secure Amy a STAR on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where she filmed the video for "Tears Dry On Their Own."
Folks who enjoy Amy's music are respectfully invited to help spread the word about the Walk of Fame efforts. In order to waive the five-year posthumous induction rule, the Walk of Fame Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce would like to see a "groundswell" of grassroots support for the waiver. Anyone with ideas about how to best create that "groundswell," should simply implement them.
