blogroll not showing up!

  1. I have 3 blogs on wordpress.com and although I have added the links
    for my blogroll and they are there on the page they are not showing up
    on the front page of the site.
    What am I doing wrong please?
    tks.

  2. Have you put the LINKS widget into the sidebar? That's what WP calls the blogroll, which is silly and counterproductive. They should just call it Blogroll! Also, the individual entries have to be categorized as "Blogroll" or something else, some subdivision like "Good Blogs" "Funny Sites" etc, or they won't show up.

    @charade
    Aside from what raincoaster has pointed out every link you add to your blogroll must be assigned to a category, even just "blogroll" to display after the Links widget is placed in your sidebar.

  4. I put the link tag in my widgets and it worked. thanks guys.!

  5. YAY! I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved. Have a great weekend. :)

  6. Thanks to all - I spent an hour trying to get the blogroll to show up (and why it appeared in some themes but not others) but no luck until I found the forums and this topic.
