I wanted to have a blog in English, another one in Spanish, but it seems that the settings are part of the profile and can't be different for each blog. Is that so?
However, I also found that it does not really matter. It seems that each post gets classified according to its tags so that, if the tags are in Spanish, the post is listed as Spanish even if in its setting it is defined as English. Is that so?
In your Profile you set the INTERFACE language (= what you want to have in your dashboard). For the language you use in EACH BLOG, Settings > General.

Yes, I did not see that the language could be set in two places.
I have not yet tried it out, will do so later.
