Blogs missing

    I manage a number of blogs for my place of work. Two of them are missing from my blog list and it is impossible to publish new items on them. However, subscribers to the blogs can still access them by their respective addresses.

    Hi Kerstin,
    If the blogs you are an official user of are still not showing under "My Blogs" then you need Staff help. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

    I am sorry but I don’t receive the message “Yes I found the answer” or “No I didn´t find the answer”
    Might this have to do with the fact that I have the free license version of WordPress?
    I would be happy to upgrade my licence to receive personal support if this is what requires to regain my missing blogs.
