   the bar on top doesn't load when I go look at my blog? Why? Is it gone for good?

   it will appear only if you are logged in :)

   whoa that's weird. Which browser are you using? Im using FF and I still see the blue bar when I am logged in.

   What OS and browser are you using? What's your ISP? Are you behind some sort of cache or proxy server? Have you tired a Crtl-F5 reload?

   That can happen if you have some bad HTML in a post.
