Bog Not Trusted?

  1. Every time I post a blog, I receive a warning from Firefox that says, "Danger, this site is not trusted." What is going on?

The blog I need help with is karenklink.com.

  2. Uninstall the Firefox and install a new Firefox browser-see if there is any difference. :)

  3. Hey Karen!

This is likely an SSL error message as a result of using an HTTPS connection with your mapped domain. The message is explained a bit here:

Here are some instructions to get around the error message in Firefox:

  4. salute the staff! :)

  5. Happy to help! :)

  6. Thanks for responding, jeremeylduvall. I am on a secure network at home and never post from a coffee shop or the like, so I have never checked the HTML box you mentioned. I also discovered when I went to the Firefox Advanced Certificates as you suggested, it said the Certificate came through WordPress by way of GoDaddy, which is where I have my domain name. It seems the Certificate has been temporarily approved until 2015, and I haven't had this problem recently. Weird.

  7. Hey Karen,

You may have created a temporary approval when you saw the error message for the first time. Either way, I'm glad you aren't receiving the error message any more!
