Border Around Picture

  1. When I post photographs/pictures on my site, there is always this bright blue border around the picture. It look quite unusual, especially when it is a photo with a white backround. I was wondering if there is a possibility of taking this away or changing the colour?

  2. The only way to take away the blue rim around the picture (short of buying the CSS upgrade and tweaking the CSS) is to not link your images to anything. You're linking them to File or Page or something; if you link them to None you won't get the link-associated blue rim.

  3. Thank you! I did that -- it worked! Looks much better!

  4. Glad to hear it's resolved. You're welcome.

  5. You should also be able to put the border="0" attribute in the IMG element. Sometimes a stylesheet overrides it, but it may work. Sometimes you want to link and image (such as all of my subscription buttons), so it'd good to figure out if it will or not. I think my theme already sets the border to none, but I put the attribute in just in case.

  6. Thank you, abbydonkrafts for that infomation. It's always good to know that there is another option to take.
