The blog I need help with is yankeesfansunite.wordpress.com.

  2. The blog linked to your username is an empty free hosted WordPress.com blog wearing The Journalist theme. Please post the link starting with http:// to the blog you are referring to wearing Mystique.

Also note that borders on any free hosted theme cannot be resized without CSS editing after purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade. Do you have that upgrade?

  3. I don't. I will look into purchasing that.
you are great you always respond so quickly.

The link you clicked on was the site i used by accident then created what i wanted it to be called. How do i switch it when you click my name to go to the site i have.

    our site is. http://yankeesfansunite.wordpress.com/

  4. Here's how to link your name to that blog. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.

  5. I'm not seeing any thick borders anywhere and I'm using Firefox 7. Maybe all you have is a browser issue and clearing your cache and cookies will correct what you see.

Can you describe where these borders are that you have issues with please?

  6. the big blue on the left side and right side. i wish it smaller. by using CSS editing will probably solve. that i assume.

  7. The "big blue" is the background. Yes, you can use CSS editing to change it.

  8. The width of your background depends on the viewer's screen size and resolution. What you can do is create an image in the color you prefer and in the width you prefer (the width of your theme is 940px, so the image must be somewhat wider, for example 1020x20 pixels), upload that image in Appearance>Background (selecting the options Cente, Tile Vertically, Fixed) and set a different color for the rest of your background in the "Color" field. No CSS Upgrade needed.
