bottom bar with wordpress theme info

  1. Is there a way to change the bottom static text of a theme were it has the theme info/creator and wordpress link? It wasn't a problem before, but now it's relating to the original theme and having links that totally have nothing to do with what I have created my site to be.

The blog I need help with is amonahanart.wordpress.com.

  2. No. See here :

May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide the footer credits or the toolbar with CSS after purchasing a Custom Design upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions

  3. I just want to alter it; get rid of this new ad link, can I do that at least?

  4. You may have been viewing a test we are running changing the text of some of the footer credits. Can you let me know exactly what text you saw?
