I have the blog set as an iframe on my website. When it pulls the content, some extra Admin boxes appear. Any ideas or fixes? Thank you.

We cannot use ifremes on WordPress.com blogs. The software strips the code out http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

In other words, we can help with issues about WP.com blogs as they appear on the web. What you have is a display/iframe issue, and that is not within our jurisdiction.
