I have just set up a new blog and installed Jetpack stats. Apparently my site has had 2,296 views between April 2008 and October 2008 and then 0 views from November to present.
My blog is on a subdomain if that makes any difference but I have no idea why it would.

Jetpack support is handled at its own website: http://jetpack.me/ . They will be better able to help you. We volunteers here in the forums know nothing about jetpack.
