   I tried edit the css in my blog cowfamily.wordpress.com and seemed to have deleted the little divider at the bottom of my header, and I can't get it back. Any ideas? Or any ideas on how to get the middle part of my background transparent?

   As for the divider: Delete this line from #header in your Custom CSS.

   background-image:url('http://s.wordprimages/quentin-head.gif');

   I acquired transparency in my blog only by transparent PNGs (which break in Internet Explorer 6, of course).
