Like the title says. It seems bulk editing isn't working in the media library. I checked three pictures in the media library, went for the drop-down and chose 'Bulk Edit' and finally clicked "Apply"
Right after that it seemed the page just reloaded and nothing has happend. Well, the three previously checked pictures weren't checked any more. That's all.
Can anyone verify this is a bug?

Has someone removed the modlook tag from this topic? The last time I checked it was modlooked and now it's not. Should 'modlook' only be done by moderators/volunteers in the forum?
While we're at it - has someone already tested bulk editing in the media library? It's still not working here. I would be grateful if someone would test it on his/her blog and report back if it's working for you.
Hey Martin, I am not sure who removed the "modlook" tag from your thread. It might have happened by accident in the shuffle of WordPress.com breaking :(
It would really help if you could list the exact steps that you are taking so that we can try to test and reproduce.
If I do what you describe, here is what I get:
1. I check 3 images in the library.
2. I only see "Bulk Actions" and "Delete Permanently" under the dropdown.
3. If I leave the dropdown at "Bulk Actions" and then click "Apply", nothing happens and the images are no longer checked, which is what I expect. If I select "Delete Permanently" and click "Apply", it deletes the selected images, which is the expected behavior, too. There is no "Bulk Edit" option that you mention.
Perhaps you are attempting to bulk-attach several images to a post? If I select several images and then click on "Attach" next to one of them, then I have a dialogue pop up that allows me to search for a post or a page and then attach all the images there.
If you could list the exact steps I will be happy to reproduce again :)

That's exactly what happens here and confused me.
D'oh, I'm so stupid. Now I get it. "Bulk Actions" is just some sort of headline. The actions are listed below it. I'm sorry. The german translation for "Bulk Actions" is obviously wrong cause it indicates you could edit multiple images.

Unfortunately it's not documented in the support docs. I've searched them and came across Unattached Files where no word mentions you could add multiple images at once.
