I would like to add several hundred users to a private blog. Is there a bulk upload feature where I could invite these users via a CSV file?
The blog I need help with is cbsprototype.wordpress.com.

No I'm sorry but that's not possible. You can invite people to follow your blog with an email invitation sent from your dashboard. You can enable the Follow Blog Widget so subscribers can receive your posts by email.
