Why do all my bullets turn into x's on my blog?

That's definitely weird. I'm using Firefox 18 and I see "x" too. I tagged this thread for Staff intervention. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
There's no "bullet list" function, there's unordered list function. The styling of the list items doesn't have to be bullets, and it varies from theme to theme. The Xs are the default styling in the theme you're using. You can select a different theme, or you can change the look by adding code in the Text editor, or you can buy the Custom Design and change it once for all, or you can avoid turning the content into lists and type the bullets manually.
Hi Johnny, just to confirm that the "x" for unordered lists is a part of the design of the Titan theme you are using, so everything is working as expected :)
