    I'm using the Contempt theme and my bullets are not showing up. They are there on the edit page, but disappear when saved. What to do?

  2. Please give us a link to a post where they are supposed to be showing up, so we can check it out.

  4. Okay, I checked the code and it looks like what's happening is that for each individual item in the list it's starting a new list. Which is very weird.

    ul>
    <li>
    <div>barbeque (not exactly tricky, is it!!!)</div>
    </li>
    <li>
    <div>baste</div>
    </li>
    <li>
    <div>boil</div>
    </li>
    <li>
    <div>braise</div>
    </li>
    etc

    Did you type this all directly into the Write box, or did you paste it from Word or some other program? Did you use an offline blog editor like Blogdesk or Ecto?

  5. Okay, never mind. Some day I must learn to read properly. I'm thinking the problem might be the Div tags. Try taking out a few using the Code editor and see what happens. Just a few. And I'm guessing here.

  6. Just FYI, The new wordpress puts div's around lists, but the div's can continue if you don't exit the list properly. With the new editor, you toggle in and out of lists via the button in the toolbar. Click the button, enter the items for the list and when done, hit return one more time (blank list line) and then click the list button again to exit. Hitting return twice will continue the div's into the following paragraphs.
