   No WordPress.COM upgrades are available for purchase by anyone that does not have a free blog from and being free hosted by WordPress.COM on this blogging platform, and the site you linked to your WordPress.com username is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

   There is nothing to "fix". if you do not have a free hosted WordPress.com blog then you cannot buy an upgrade that's available only for WordPress.com blogs.
