Buy a premium theme for use with a wordpress.org site?

    Developing a site for a client using software downloaded from wordpress.org, which is totally separate from my existing wordpress.com blog. How do I buy and download a wordpress.com Premium theme for use with a different, third-party hosted blog?

    WordPress.com premium themes are modified for use here and will not work on self-hosted sites, but you can purchase all of the premium themes here from the theme author on their respective websites. You can look at the demo site for the theme you are wanting to use and click on the author's name in the footer to get to their site.
