I HATE gray for a blog font. Gray says, "IGNORE ME." I can't find a way to change the font color/size. Isn't this, like, rather basic?
Also: I'd like to put sitemeter in my template, but unless I have my own host, I can't.

No you can't. You have no access to the CSS style sheet and cannot enter inline styles.

not really. i like the detail in sitemeter.
some people like to have visible counters so the whole world can see how popular they are ;)

copying & pasting out of an email someone sent me that was formatted in different colors (which in and of itself looks rather distracting in glaring blue & red) did end up transferring onto the post:

so i'm assuming if you wanted different colors you could type your text into a word document and change colors as you like and copy & paste into the write post box. worth a shot anyway...
Font color can be changed using the font tag with html editor in the post tools. I have edited my posts to size 4pixel, face Times new roman and color Navy using following tag inserted after each tag in my post. <font color="navy" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
