Although I have loved being part of wordpress.com, I have come to a point with my blog where it makes more sense for me to move it to wordpress.org. I was thrilled to learn that this could be done with the help of "Happiness Engineers" through the store. However, whenever I try to select this option, I get one of two responses: the first is that they have exceeded their quota for transfers for the day and to try back tomorrow (I have gotten this at both 12:05 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.) or "WP cannot transfer sites that use custom fonts". So, I decided I would try to disable my custom fonts - although I'm not exactly sure what they are - and have had no luck. Thus, an endless loop of frustration.
I'm unsure if my problem is really about my fonts or if there are just not that many guided transfers available. Could someone help me to clarify what is going on? As I want to make bigger changes to the appearance of my blog once it is on wordpress.org, I'm happy to give up my custom fonts for the transfer, I just don't want to do anything that would make my blog unreadable.
Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated!
The blog I need help with is domaphile.com.
