   Can a change the name of my blog and thus get a new matching URL?

   The blog I need help with is heartlightcafe.wordpress.com.

   You just can change your blog name (i.e Blog Title).
   Select Setting-->General--> and change Blog Title and it's tagline.
   If you want new url, you only have one solution : make new another blog.
