Can I get a refund for a theme I purchased

  1. Hi,

    I'm relaunching my website, and decided to try and re-design my own using WordPress. I purchased a custom theme for $99, and as I got into construction, I realized it was beyond my capacities, so I had to hire a developer.

    The problem is that now that I know more, we've decided a child theme is best for my needs. I just purchased my theme from you 2 weeks ago, and the site isn't yet live. Can I get a refund?

  3. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a premium theme refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
