   We don't allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

   What features in particular were you looking for?

   Hi macmanx, thanks for your respond! I just like some feature like who and from where people see my site at the time. you know other options i can use that feature?

   We actually have that built-in via the Site Stats section in your Dashboard.

   Also I like to show it in the left menu on my site? that's possible to do it using WordPress built in menu?

   I can't find the Site Stats.

   You can find Site Stats under the "Dashboard" menu to the left of your blog's Dashboard: http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

   If you want to display them on your blog, like a counter, use the Site Stats widget: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/blog-stats-widget/
