   I want to create a wordpress.com blog with several editors. If they each have their own page, can they independently configure which widgets are on their page, or alternatively if there is a common set of widgets, can the contents of each be configured separately by each editor? As an example, a different set of links, or a different RSS feed?

   No. A wordpress.com blog can only have one set of widgets.
