Can I and How can I insert my Blog posting directly into other website, Newsvine specifically?
I would like to use JavaScript to insert the post directly, simultaneously.
Any help is appreciated.

You can do this with RSS or any number of other tools. There are really a ton of ways it just depends on where you're pulling it into and how you want to show it.
Rss feed aggregators would be the easiest.
