I want to start a blog called "**********.wordpress.com".
When I go in to register a new blog it says it's not available.
When I open my browser and type the address (www.playinghouse.wordpres.com) in, it goes to a wordpress site and says:
"**********.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this blog."
If a user has deleted a blog, can I not register it's domain name?
Please advise.

I’m sorry, we do not reuse or reassign deleted blog names on WordPress.com. You will need to select a different blog name. Keep in mind we also offer an upgrade for custom domain names and you can use any WordPress.com blog URL underneath a custom domain.
