Can I remove or edit the tagline in Chunk theme?

  1. I'm currently using the Chunk theme. I don't want to include any text in the tagline- as a result there is a little white box against the red background I'm using.
    Any tips on removing the tagline all together, or at least changing the background of the tagline? I don't have the CSS custom upgrade.

  2. The only way to remove it in this case would be to use a Custom Design upgrade to apply a display:none; to the specific area via CSS.

  3. Thanks macmanx. I think I'll purchase the upgrade after all... do you know what's the specific line of code I need to enter? I've been experimenting with the free trial but my entries don't seem to work. I'm a total novice at CSS.

  4. It looks like you've got it.

    For future reference, this was the correct thing to add:

    #site-description {
    display:none;
    }
