Hello! I'm new to WordPress, and was wondering if there is still a way to edit Permalinks in 3.0. I found and watched a tutorial for how to go into Settings, then Permalinks to set them, but upon entering my own Dashboard, there is no Permalinks link under the Settings. Is there another way to do it that I'm just not seeing? I've searched all the forums and support, but have not been able to find the answer. Thanks in advance!

If you are referring to your site at tinyroomproductions then you can't change the Permalink structure. That can only be changed if you have a self hosted site using WordPress.ORG software.
On the good side on WordPress.COM you can just sign-up and go without learning about hosting and maintaining a web site. For more information see the post below.

You can change the very end of the permalink that pertains to the page or post title, from the section right below the title field in the post or page editor, but you cannot change the general structure of the permalinks here.
