Can I translate my English blog into another language as well?

    I utilize English in my blog, but would like to make it accessible to people in other languages, primarily Vietnamese and Chinese. Is this possible? How do I go about doing this? Thank you.

    The blog I need help with is fightforrhinos.wordpress.com.

    We can't us Google translation widgets as they are JavaScript and it's stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
