can I use guided transfer to a different host?

    I want to do a guided transfer, but to hosting company DivisionX who are not listed on the 'recommended' list, do I have to use one of the recommended ones?

    Yes, we can only do a Guided Transfer to the hosts that are listed on our 'recommended hosting' page. You can learn more about Guided Transfer at http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/
