is it reBlog tools from reblog.org ? if that's what you want then the answers is no ... because :
1 . <i>To install your own reBlog, you will need a server with PHP, MySQL, and Perl CGI scripts</i> ... that means you'll need to get your own server
2. same answers still no ... unless wordpress team want to includes the reBlog plugins into wordpress

yes, I was referencing reBlog from reblog.org. Thanks for the answer to that.
In # 2, however, I was wondering if WP already had a widget that would allow me to copy an entire post(vs a link) to my blog with one click
Sorry - I am not very tech saavy. -
#2 - The regular WordPress does but WP.com does not. The plugin would pretty much take over the entire blog and, since this is a shared environment, that would pretty much screw up every body else's blog.
