Use the Export function, and view it using a desktop install of WordPress.org software. But no, it won't be exactly the same.
You could install a web server on your local machine (for example Xampp) and setup a self-hosted WordPress.org instance on it.
Then, as raincoaster said, you can export your online blog content and import it to the local blog.
Please note that your dashboard will look different.
I use my blog as a website and all I really want to do is be able to view certain pages if I'm unable to go online at the time. It would be helpful for my job. Is there not a simpler way? Thanks for the suggestions btw!!
If you are on a Windows machine, you could use HTTrack to make an offline version of your blog.
