   I can not create a blog, can not create a blog address, I have done according to the requirements, why not create

   I can see that you have already created one blog, http://laulanymong.wordpress.com/ -- is this the blog that you were trying to register?

   If you were trying to use that blog name, then you're ready to go. If you were trying to register a different blog, please let me know what address you were to use.
