Can NOT insert images into a post

  1. Hi all-
I have looked through the boards and still can't find a sol'n to this.
I have uploaded many pics to my gallery. When i select "show" there is no option listing the "URL" NOR is there an "Insert image" option. I am a bit frustrated b/c i can't post until this is solved. I have seen the steps for inserting an image...but since i am not given the option i am lost. AND i have forced refreshed my Firefox Browser and also tried it in IE.
    Please HELP!!
    Thanks!
    Lisa

  2. Hi there,
perhaps you can post to some other place like flickr and point your blog to that image

  3. Do you want to insert individual images or the entire gallery?

To insert a single image, just click on the image to expand the details then there's a "insert image" link at the bottom of the image details.

To insert the entire gallery, I think there's a insert gallery button. Otherwise, just enter [gallery] tag in the editor and it will automatically display all images associated with that post.

  4. Hi all-
I have many images to post and would love to post the gallery but when i do...it just inserts the word 'gallery.'

Also, like i said above--i am NOT given any link to insert image at the bottom of the image details.

    Please HELP ME!

  5. You won't see the images, you'll just see [Gallery] tag. When you save it and then preview it, then you should see the images in your preview post.

  6. Thanks James--i didn't know about having to preview it. You've saved me more frustration!
I guess once you insert a picture or the gallery--it takes away the insert image option which is why I couldn't do it again.
    Thanks again!
