brendanagainetcIt's currently set to 'visual' and I want it to be 'code' whenever I write a new entry. I just spent 20 minutes looking for it on my dashboard/preferences and cannot - nor can I find mention of this in the forum or faq. Has this option been removed or something?

From the dashboard Users>Your Profile then uncheck the option for using the Visual editor. It's right at the top.

That's where I looked for it too until I realized a blog with more than one author might not be one size fits all. Happy blogging.
