   Many of the themes have stock photos included. Can these be replaced with custom photos?

   The blog I need help with is serendipitywoodworking.wordpress.com.

   See Dashboard >> Appearance >> Select Image

   Best to keep the same dimensions though if possible.

   I don't see "select image" under "appearance"...

   Check your Theme. You may have one that doesn't offer it.

   Assuming you're talking about the header image, you check the recommended dimensions and upload your own in Appearance > Header.
