Can we insert multiple pictures at once?

    Import multiple pictures at once, not in gallery style. Seems like a basic function that I'm surprised WordPress does not have.

    The fastest way is still using the Gallery, but modifying the shortcode in the Post Text Editor to this
    [gallery columns="1" size="full"]

    This is assuming that you haven't invoked the new tiled mosaic in your Settings>Media Settings as the default for Gallery display. If you have, the above will not work.
