If your site is hosted on WordPress.COM then you can not add Plug-in's. That is why you have a whole ton of Widgets. This is a security issue.
Google Analytics also are not allowed here.
Timethief helps here regularly - go to her site and she has a list of third party Stats packages that use only plain html code and can be used with a Widget.

We can use free third party stats programs for visitor tracking on WordPress.com free hosted blog, if and only if, they are not Javascript.
