lauracgardnerIs it possible to block a follower from viewing your blog in the future? For instance, if you have hundreds of followers it would be a nightmare to make the blog private and try to invite everyone except one person - so can you just block them somehow?

No, it's not possible to block people from reading a public blog. It's not even possible to truly block them on Twitter (they can just subscribe to your RSS feed).
