Hi, I had a WordPress.com site with my own domain name (jasonhague.com), and i have just migrated it to a self hosted WordPress.org site (the url is still jasonhague.com.) I am still using Jetpack. Can someone please help me transfer my subscribers to my new site? I can still log into WordPress.com and see both the FOLLOWERS and email subscribers from before, but it seems they are not subscribed to my self-hosted site.
