Me and my wife both have blogs. She wants a domain, but I'm trying to do it for a gift. Is there anyway of purchasing a domain for her, without logging in and doing it on her account?

Upgrades cannot be gifted directly, but I do have two recommendations for you:
1. You could purchase the domain through your account, then request that we move it to her account, assuming that you're also a user on the intended blog.
2. We also accept PayPal balance as a form of payment, so you could send the amount as a gift to her PayPal account, if she has one.
