I suggest you make the blog private and using it as a test blog and/or as a backup blog, rather than deleting it.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/If you have domain mapping Staff will need to remove it first. They will need the URL for the underlying .wordpress.com blog so please post it as I flagged this thread for their attention.

I don't see any domain subscriptions or transactions on your account. Which domain names were you referring to?
