Cancel and Refund not working

  1. I purchased the value bundle for 99 USD a few days ago, and wasn't happy with what was offered so I wanted to cancel and refund for an upgrade. I clicked on the cancel and refund button in the Store section, and it tells me that an email has been sent and I need to click on the confirmation link to confirm the cancellation. However, I never end up receiving any email, and in effect i have been unable to cancel my domain and bundle to get my refund. Ive tried contacting support and have received nothing, and it has been 3 days or more now. Can someone please help me? I want to make sure I get my refund for my domain and the bundle. Thanks!
